Anna’s Expertise

Anna’s work is shaped by a rare blend of elite athletic training, lived experience, and evidence-based fitness practice.

She began her career on an elite ballet track, receiving American Ballet Theatre National Training Scholarships, competing in the Youth America Grand Prix NYC Finals, and earning acceptance to the Perm State Ballet School in Russia. Immersed early in a world of precision and high performance, Anna developed exceptional discipline, body awareness, and respect for movement craft.

When injury and the hidden costs of perfection culture brought that chapter to a close, Anna rebuilt her identity from the inside out. Rather than leaving movement behind, she redirected her rigor toward healing, longevity, and sustainable strength—grounded in fitness education, research, and real-world coaching.

Anna became ACE-certified in 2021 and trained at Equinox Sports Club through 2023. She has five years of hands-on experience coaching clients with a focus on strength, mobility, and resilient movement across all stages of life.
